We welcome athletes of all ages and skillsets here at Amp Athletics- from brand new to experienced seasoned athletes, we have a team for you! You can determine the desired level of commitment you feel is appropriate for your athlete, and trust they will be a part of a safe, welcoming community focused on growth and fun.
We offer both full-season and half-year teams. Our Prep and Elite teams have team trials and placements in June; Prep teams end in February and Elite teams end in April/May. These teams are for athletes looking for a full year commitment in a team setting focused on competitive growth and skillset. Our Half-Year Novice Teams are an excellent opportunity for athletes to participate in All Star Cheer in a team setting, with a lesser time commitment.

Elite Teams (June-April) | Ages 7+
For athletes looking for the full competitive All Star Cheerleading experience.
- Commitment: June to April
- Practice: 2x/week Summer (Tue/Thu), 3x/week during school year (Mon/Tue, Wed, Thu)
- Competitions: Midwest regional + Florida End-of-Season event
- Key Dates:
- June 28th - Team Reveal Day
- July 7-11th - Mandatory Team Bootcamp
- August 4-10th - Mandatory Choreography
Prep Teams (June-February) | Ages 5+
Competitive team experience with lower time & travel commitment.
- Commitment: June to February
- Practice: 1x/week Summer (Wed), 2x/week during school year (Mon/Tue & Fri)
- Competitions: Local events only (no out-of-state travel)
- Key Dates:
- June 28th - Team Reveal Day
- July 7-11th - Mandatory Team Bootcamp
- August 4-10th - Mandatory Choreography
Half-Year Teams
Novice Teams (Half-Year) | Ages 3-12
Short-term commitment with a team environment.
- Commitment: September to February
- Practice: 1x/week Sunday evenings
- Competitions: Local events only (no out-of-state travel)
- Key Dates:
- August 22nd - Enrollment Deadline
- September 4th - Mandatory Parent Meeting & Sizing
- November September 20-21 - Mandatory Choreography
